We are Living Wage Foundation members, The Living Wage Foundation recognises and celebrates the leadership shown by Living Wage employers across the UK. The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually. The Living Wage is calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK. Employers choose to pay the Living Wage on a voluntary basis. The Living Wage enjoys cross party support, with public backing from the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Opposition.

Fundraising and Charity

Cotswold Security are always keen to support the local community and fundraise to help local people and national campaigns

Cotswold Security are proving the security and sponsoring the Scouts County Camp this year a large scale scounting event set in the Warwickshire country side -
We are also open to requests from other charity and community projects throughout 2018 to become involved with.

Cotswold Security have been out supporting the local community during the prolonged winter season, especially during the snow and bitterly cold weather providing 4x4 transport for people who needed to get about such as nurses, hospital patients and the elderly.

Cotswold Security provided free of charge security to a number of charity and community events during 2016 to ensure the events, fun days and fundraisers were as success as they could be allowing fund to go to where they should. If you have a charity event that may need support please get in touch.

Cotswold Security provided all the security services to a family featured in the BBC One series 'DIY SOS: The Big Build', which was used as part of a life changing transformation to the home in Bidford Upon Avon. We were delighted to help with such a rewarding project and look forward to working with the team again in the future.

Cotswold Security provided financial support to 'Samuels Sensory Room to build Samuel's room and to buy sensory equipment to help give him the best quality of life. Samuel has a visual impairment and global development delay and infantile spasms ( epilepsy).



Broadfest - The event, supported by Broadway Parish Council and traders in the village, raised funds for Noah's Ark of Hope - a campaign to support 18-month old Broadway youngster Noah Westwood who was diagnosed with Opsoclonus Myoclonus Syndrome.

Cotswold Security provided security for the event including overnight static guards, event staff and access control
